Terms of Business

In addition to the NH standard Terms & Conditions of business, the following specific terms apply to Mailing Lists and Prospect Lists:

• *The list is RENTED for ONE SINGLE USE ONLY with each contact method supplied and may not be copied, electronically or otherwise, for any purpose other than reference.
• The list is for YOUR PERSONAL USE and may NOT be RE-SOLD.
• You may use the data ONLY to promote the business stated at the time of ordering and for no other purpose;
• You may not use our name as part of your initial contact approach;
• The list may contain "Tracers" to identify any violation of these terms.

These conditions of sale are imposed to protect our data and comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Returns Policy
Lists supplied on labels and/or paper
When the list has been correctly supplied, returned lists will be accepted for a refund within 14 days if the sealed package in which the list is shipped has not been opened. A cancellation charge of 30% of the cost of the list will be made towards the cost of the work to produce the list since all lists are prepared to order. Returns cannot be accepted if the seal has been broken. If the list has been incorrectly supplied the above cancellation charge does not apply.
Lists supplied as data files on disk or by email
Refunds cannot accepted when the list has been supplied as a data file on disk or by email unless the list has been incorrectly supplied.

*Unauthorised re-use will be invoiced at full undiscounted price - although this should not be necessary: please respect our data and the implication of the above terms before placing your order, thank you.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above terms of business.
